Shipping Policy
Shipping Policies are as follows:
- Orders ship complete (except for Massage Furniture)
- Massage Furniture under the designation “Massage Furniture – Ship Only” in our menu, is custom made by Oakworks and therefore ships from their warehouse
- Orders placed Monday thru Friday during normal business hours will be shipped within 1 – 2 days
- Orders placed end of day on Friday may not go out until the following Monday

Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Some exceptions apply (see below).
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- For in-store purchases, provide original receipt
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging (opened pillows and essential oils, for example, cannot be returned)
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- For sanitary reasons, online sales of wearable products (braces & supports) are non-refundable
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- For in-store and online purchases: Call the store and explain why you need to return or exchange your item or reach out through our Contact Form.
Additional Information:
- Allow 48 hours to see the refund credited to your card
- Customer must pay for return shipping charges on online returns for product(s) that are not damaged or incorrect
- For products purchased after 30 days, contact the manufacturer to find out if they can help you with any issues you may have with your product (oftentimes manufacturers provide a warranty on products for up to a year or more)
